Thanks to my Mom 

I wrote this Book because everyone asked me why am I always happy

 I was born in a very happy family

After having 7 kids, My Mom noticed that when her kids go to bed laughing 

they wake up laughing

Hence she tickle all of us to bed and we all wake up laughing 

My family can laugh for 3-4 hours over lunch

I later read psychology books and confirmed that  whatever you do during that half hour before you go to bed 

will affect you when you wakenup

Hence, I wrote this book to spread this good principle
